Just fill out, print, and bring the applicable form, plus identification documents, to your nearest BECU Neighborhood Financial Center.

In order to establish business membership, you will need to open your business account at your nearest BECU location.
In addition to your completed membership application, you will need to bring personal identification (driver's license, passport or government issued ID), your business tax ID (EIN or Social Security number), UBI number (refer to your business license), and NAICS code with you. For corporations, LLCs and partnerships, you will also need to complete the Certification of Beneficial Owner for Legal Entity Members form.
