Paying a Bill

Add billers to your account and follow on-screen instructions to schedule payments. Set up autopay for even more convenience. We send payments electronically, when possible, but sometimes we are required to print a check and mail it for you.

Adding Billers

Search for known billers, manually add a person or business, or use your credit report to find billers you've paid in the past. We maintain relationships with thousands of companies and maintain their contact information for you.

eBills

An eBill is an electronic version of a bill or statement. You can receive, view and pay eBills from the Pay Bills tab on the main screen. Select each biller to view their eBills and follow on-screen instructions to make a payment.

You have the option to sign up for eBills when you first add a biller that offers the service. To add an eBill for a company you're already paying, look for the eBill option in the Pay Bills or Activity tabs

Guaranteed Delivery

We typically deliver electronic payments in one to three business days. Mailing paper checks can take three to five business days. If the payment is sent electronically, we withdraw the money from your account one business day after processing begins.

Note: Sometimes we are required to print a check and mail it to the address you provide. For some checks, we withdraw the money one business day after processing begins. For others, we withdraw the money when the company or person deposits or cashes the check. Please consider these timelines when planning your bill payment.

Our guarantee protects you in the unlikely event of unauthorized transactions or processing delays. Note: This guarantee does not apply if you provide inaccurate payment or contact information.
