Weekend Support Through Secure Messaging

Members can now reach a BECU representative via secure message on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 6 pm within the BECU mobile app.

To reach us with a questions or concern during the weekend, all members need to do is log into the BECU mobile app.

Using the BECU mobile app, you can send us a secure message and a representative will address your question.

How to Access Messenger on the Mobile App

  1. Open BECU App
  2. Swipe up to scroll to the bottom.
  3. Tap Messenger

Our new weekend secure messaging hours are:   Saturday and Sunday, 9 am to 6 pm.  Weekday hours are still Monday- Friday 7 am - 7 pm.
