Members can now reach a BECU representative via secure message on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Online Banking or the mobile app.

To reach us with a question or concern during the weekend, all members need to do is log in to Online Banking or the BECU mobile app and send us a secure message.

Our new weekend secure messaging hours are Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time Weekday hours are still Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
