Loans and loan applications often trigger questions from members as they navigate the world of lending. To help, we've created a dedicated phone number for members who need to speak to a BECU representative about their loan or credit card application, or who have questions about the types of loans that BECU offers.
New BECU Loans Phone Number
Now you can call 844-232-8562 (BECULOAN) to reach the lending solutions team directly, during regular member contact center hours (Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pacific Time). This team can answer questions about all loan products except mortgages. If you have a question about your mortgage application, you should contact your mortgage loan officer or call the mortgage department directly at 206-439-5772.
BECU Member Services
In addition to helping loan and credit card applicants get their questions answered, the new loans line is intended to help reduce wait times for the member contact center phone line. If you spell out BECULOAN on your phone keypad, you will dial eight numbers, instead of the standard seven of a phone number. It's easy to remember, and your call to 844-BECULOAN will go through.
