We're excited to add one more secure method to contact BECU. Introducing mobile support: in-app messaging via the BECU mobile app. It's now easier than ever for members to stay in touch with their credit union.
Contacting us via the BECU app comes with multiple benefits – it's secure, it's fast, and it's easily accessible from your mobile device, allowing you to message without making a call or logging into a desktop computer. In fact, it takes the “chat” idea one step further. Live chatting can sometimes lead to dropped chats or closed chat times. Use mobile messaging to send a message at any time knowing you'll get a response within one business hour. You can go about your day and come back to a conversation without having to start over, and, your entire conversation is visible. The BECU mobile app also allows members to check their account balances, transfer funds, deposit checks, pay bills, find locations and more. Download the app on your iOS or Android device to start using the messaging feature.
