Yes. Follow these steps to activate your card and change your PIN:
- Log into Online Banking.
- Select the Account Services tab.
- Select Manage Your Debit Card.
- Select the card you want to activate. Enter your account number and expiration date.
- Select Activate My Card.
- Select Change My PIN on the card you just activated.
- Enter your new PIN. Confirm your new PIN.
- Click Confirm PIN Change.
For businesses that operate as a partnership, corporation or LLC using an EIN for tax reporting you cannot activate or change your PIN in Business Online Banking. You can activate your debit card at any ATM or POS terminal and you can change your PIN at any BECU ATM or by visiting any BECU location.
If your card expires while it's paused, BECU will not reissue a new card to you. In this case, please call us at 800-233-2328, send us a message in Mobile Messenger, or visit any BECU location to have a new one printed.
