There are 4 different ways you can report a lost or stolen BECU Debit or Visa Credit Card:

How to Message BECU: In Online Banking select the blue and white circle icon in lower left of your monitor. From the BECU App, select Messenger from the hamburger icon at the top of the app.

BECU Debit Card after hours number: 888-241-2510 or 909-941-1398 (collect outside U.S.)
BECU Credit Card after hours number: 866-820-2999
