Update Your Address and Contact Information

Here are four convenient ways to update your personal account information at BECU:

1. Log into Online Banking. Select Profile, then Profile Settings. In the Manage Account section there are options for changing your information, select those that apply. There are also options to managing account security and your account views. 

2. Call a BECU representative at 800-233-2328.

3. Complete the Personal Information Changes and Request (PDF).

4. If your name has changed for any reason, then follow these steps to update it.
