How to Send Money

  1. Log in to the BECU mobile app or Online Banking and select "Payments"
    Go to the BECU mobile app or Online Banking and select "Payments"
  2. Pick a person to send money to
    Select someone from your mobile device's contacts (or add a trusted recipient's email address or U.S. mobile phone number). You can use Zelle® to send money to almost anyone you know who has a bank account in the U.S.
  3. Choose an amount
    Enter the amount you'd like to send and an optional memo, review, then hit "Send." In most cases, the money is available to your recipient in minutes.1 If your recipient is not yet enrolled with Zelle®, they will get an email or text explaining how to quickly and easily complete the payment.
