In everything that we do in Product Management to enhance and develop new products for our members, we always make sure that our product is not only competitive but that it is also a benefit to our member to get the product with BECU versus one of our competitors.

I really enjoy the people that I get to work with every day. I have developed so many great relationships with my co-workers over the years that it makes it fun to come to work every day!

Job Title: Contact Center Scheduling Analyst

My job consists of scheduling staff work times, lunches, breaks and trainings. I look for creative ways to work with swapping shifts and flexing time so they don’t have to use time off that they can use for a nice vacation instead! This not only helps staff but also the membership.

When I think about "people helping people", it makes me think of a community and that is exactly what BECU is all about. I feel like I am a part of a community and I try to embody that when helping members. It gives me satisfaction knowing that I have helped a member in some way that has been impactful to them.

I enjoy seeing member's get excited about a financial institution. I have never worked anywhere before where the member's and employees are all passionate about the same thing.
